Guacamole

Here Is another frequently requested recipe. It is easy and muy delicioso! Sometimes I crave just this Guac for dinner and lucky for you last night was one of those nights.

Here is what you will need except jalapeno which is optional.

Insert the knife into the avocado hold the knife in on place and turn the avocado around in a circular motion. Gently twist the avocado and they should pull apart.

Hold the avocado with the seed in it firmly in your hand. Now carefully strike the seed with the knife and pull the seed out.

Now I cut vertically and horizontally to make squares into the avocado being careful not to cut through the skin. Then use a spoon to scoop out the avocado into a bowl.

Dice tomatoes and add them to the avocados.

Mince and add garlic.

Dice and add onions.

Dice jalapenos and chop cilantro then add to the bowl.

Add the Juice of one lime, salt, and pepper.

Mix with a spoon then use a potato masher to mash the guacamole to your desired consistency

Put in to a bowl and enjoy!! I like Juanita's chips with my guacamole, they are my favorite.
